Super 60 Showcase: Logan Young Video evaluation
The Super 60 Showcase was a big hit. Players from all across the state traveled to Conway, AR for the opportunity to put their skills and abilities on display for scouts and college coaches. It was a very competitive camp as we had players with the potential to play division 1 to NAIA and all in between.
In this article, I will focus on one particular player, Logan Young. I first saw Logan compete early in AAU season for the Oklahoma Fusion and have been a fan of her game every since. The 5’9 forward has the skill to play both inside and out. She won’t play with her back to the basket like traditional post players, but she can operate out of the high post, slash from the wing, push the ball in transition, communicate well on offense and defense, and make plays in transition.
Check out the video below that highlights some parts of her game that was on display at the showcase.
