2 Ball Tight Cones w/Lay Up & Pull Up Jumper
Here's a video I did and had posted to YouTube. In this drill we are working on our ball handling and footwork. Using two basketballs you want to zig zag through the cones and then dribble around the cone at the elbow and finish at the rim for a lay up. Then dribble around the opposite cone at the elbow and shoot the pull up jumper. Repeat the drill going the opposite direction and continue for a set number of reps or for time.
